Barcelona and Inter parted in a draw in the 4th round of the group stage of the Champions League

On October 12, at the Camp Nou stadium, a spectacular match took place as part of the 4th round of the Champions League group stage. Barcelona hosted Inter Milan.

The home team opened the scoring in the 40th minute, the striker of the “blue garnet” Ousmane Dembele scored. Nerazzurri midfielder Nicolo Barella equalized in the second half. The Argentine striker Lautaro Martinez increased the advantage of the guests with a beautiful goal against the Catalans, using both bars.

 

The denouement in this match made the fans of both teams nervous. Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski managed to save his team from defeat twice. First in the 82nd minute, and then in the 92nd in response to a goal by Robin Gosens, securing the final score in this match – 3:3.

 

It should be noted that in the last minutes of the match, the chief referee Szymon Marciniak showed a direct red card to Inter’s coach Simone Inzaghi for protesting against the referees.
