5x5 League-1 Football Championship is a type of football in which teams play against each other in 5-man squads (1 goalkeeper and 4 field players).
Basic rules:
- All matches consist of 2 halves of 12 minutes each. The break between halves is not more than 5 minutes;
- Field size: length 40 metres, width 20 metres;
- Goal size: 3x2m;
- If a player receives a red card, the penalised player leaves the field and his team plays 3 minutes with 1 fewer player;
- The penalised player may continue to play in the match after the penalty time has expired;
- In case another player of the team receives a red card during the suspension, 2 minutes are added to the penalty time of the suspended player and the second player must be substituted;
- Yellow cards in different matches are not summarized;
- There is no extra time or penalty shootout;
- Scoring system: a) for a win - three points; b) for a draw - one point; c) for a defeat - zero points;
